Say goodbye to the those old paper time sheets, faxing copies every other week, and mailing over those originals. This school year session SF YouthWorks will be implementing a new online time sheet system through Automatic Data Processing (ADP). The move to ADP will help our payroll process be more efficient and environmentally friendly by moving to a paperless system. Our new system is web based and can be accessed from any Internet capable device including computers, laptops, tablets and smart phones.
Larry Berry, YouthWorks Employment Coordinator, is excited about the new changes. “Not only do we benefit from the monetary and envirnomental savings associated with electronic time sheets, it also helps us become more efficient and gives me more time to interact and support our interns and mentors.”
Employment Coordinators will be providing mentors and interns with ongoing support to learn how to use the new system. We greatly appreciate your support during this transition to a new payroll system. Onsite trainings as well as online tutorials will be available to teach mentors how to use ADP.
