On Wednesday, July 21, a group of YouthWorks interns visited SF MUNI’s Curtis E. Green Light Rail Facility. Sam Ng provided a tour of the facility, showing youth the series of shops where MUNI’s historic and contemporary streetcars are maintained. Youth toured the entire facility, observing and talking with MUNI staff who specialize in different aspects of the repair process, such as sheet metal, glass, wiring and painting.
